Not really sure what the business model is here recently. Used to always get good service but myself and others have tried making appointments (over phone and text) and never get a response. I’m assuming they only take very expensive coloring clients exclusively now? Even first time visit friends don’t get responses.

Found out on Thursday night that I was going over to Amherst on the Saturday, so I called up here to check to see if I might make a last minute reservation for the next day (not much of a chance but had to try). I left a message and while waiting for a call back I found another salon with a last minute opening which I jumped on (December is super busy). This salon was so professional that even though they hadn't an open slot over the next three weeks, someone still called up to let me know. That was classy. I liked my haircut that I did get from another nearby salon, but I commend how considerate the people at The Red Door were towards a not even going to happen possible patron.

I love red door salon! Liana is the absolute best.. Ice been to a lot of hair dressers and she’s the ONLY one who has even gotten my hair so blonde & maintained its integrity while doing so. She always exceeds my expectations for the look I was going for 😃
