I look forward to coming here when I am in Western MA. Food is delicious, especially the empanadas and tres leches cake, and the staff is so kind and friendly. You must eat here

Santiago's Family Restaurant was amazing. I've never got food there before but will definitely visit again!! Highly recommend to go see them. This would have been a 5 out of 5 star rating if I left feeling like state issued Covid-19 protocols were being properly practiced. I'll probably visit after Covid is more on the mend.

We are in 2019... Even restaurants in Peurto Rico will speak english.... Assuming different is modern racism.

I was wondering if there's any way to get a menu from Santiago's so we can know the name of the dishes. We would order it over the phone and pick it up. Some of the pictures of your food have no comments so I'm not sure what it is called.
