The location is tough to beat! The main grounds could be taken care of a bit more though. I’ve only run into very friendly boat owners down there. My friend moors her boat there.

Great place to keep your boat. concrete docs, the electrical and water Work wonderfully . Tenants are helpful and friendly. Management goes out of their way helpful are always there when you need them. 5 Stars

The place needs to keep it more clean on the grounds. Keep the play area more clean n sanitary for the children who live n play there.

I'm currently trying to get a 30' they have 2 docks that are seperate from the main dock and they go for about %10 off normal price. I got quoted $290
