Go to builderscorp.com they have good prices. I got mine there. Tankless ones seem to leak and ruin themselves but you have constant hot water. I would go with a 50 gal tank or more. Inexpensive.
Builders does not rent cement mixers.
They might have a few I know they have fridges. You might be better off with russ's
We have it in wet dry sandpaper but not for drywall use.
