I absolutely love this place! I go out of my way just to come here. The young man who works behind the counter is great and really knows what he’s doing. I have asked for various printing jobs and he nails it every time. It’s really wonderful to see a hard worker because in my experience of Centralia.. there’s not enough hard workers like this man! Thank you and I will see you again!

I had a bad experience at this location. I edited my last post. I spoke with the owner. I usually visit another location they own with amazing service. They are trying to improve this location to mirror that location. I recommend they place positive feedback about amazon returns. Even a amazon returns donation jar to help keep supplies for tape and such. Not that it is needed but create a mini community that does amazon returns and contributing even a quarter, then allow them a space to package and label their boxes(self service). People who often return amazon items do not expect a red carpet treatment and willing to box up themselves if supplies are present. Anyways, appreciate the owner talking to me and i have faith things will get better over all. I may try this location in the future to see how things go and improve rating.
