You can but they won't do so with certain designer frames. I'd call and ask them if they'll take yours.

You have to pay in full.

I accidentally smushed my glasses and now the frame doesn't sit properly on my face. Also one of the lenses popped out, can I bring my glasses here to be repaired? They aren't broken, I just need professional assistance.
