Our waitress was fantastic ....I believe her name was Sierra.. but we waited 50 minutes for our food which was 3 burgers and 1 chicken wing order. .it was not during rush hour close to 8 p.m. In which we were told that the kitchen closes at 8. The chips were stale. My burger was well done..I ordered medium rare. But fortunately my husband's med was med so we swapped but I gave his Swiss cheese to him. Totally the kitchen is to blame.!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I wrote my review yesterday on a post on there Facebook page but they deleted it . I tried this place for a third time just to see if the 1st and 2nd time it was the same experience . Slow service . Actually horrible service . Perfect example, last night we sat down. Took 30 minutes for server to come and then tell me that she just sold the last prime rib at 730pm.. ordered a spicey lobster tail and got some raggity lobster. Food is absolutely not worth earning. This is what happens when you only have one place on the lake to get by boat. They don't care about there patrons at all. You can tell the wait staff is aggravated at all times because management doesn't care. Be warned about the place. Also a 3% connivence fee? Absolutely ridiculous… horrible service and they add a 3% fee.. so appalling. Only positives, great view of the lake.

Appetizer was good but food was very very ok. Chicken parm was burnt. Service was very slow. They forgot two meals and never came to see how food was or check to see if we wanted another drink. Had a beautiful view but i wont go back again.

Wait staff fantastic. Food great....drinks a little weak. Otherwise awesome place....2nd visit to Kyles Wigwam drinks much better and food never disappoints. Had the filet w/ Garlic butter over Texas toast & delights Skippers. Great place highly recommend.
