I contacted Omar, the Property Manager this morning to see if an issue in my bathroom could be fixed. He responded right away and had someone here within a half hour. And the problem was fixed. The maintenance worker even went above and beyond. Omar is the best, always responds promptly. So happy to have such a caring Manager!

So I have I lived in Mansfield Vlg for many many years. I lived in apartment 410 for 6 years, when Omer (the complex manager) came nocking on our door one day and offered my husband a job. After begging my husband for some time, my husband took the job. (Side note, my husband at that time worked for an air conditioning/heating company and drove the van home, so Omer knew my husband was very knowledgeable with heating and air conditioning). To say the least in the last 2 years my husband, who some might know as Yhon, AKA Juan, John, Wilmar has worked very hard! Changing complete furnaces, crawling for hours under the buildings changing water pipes, putting more than 120 new air conditioning condenser. Work he should’ve never been doing!! A lot of work for very little money. And when you are getting taken advantage you have the choice to leave. And my husband did. On September 24th, he gave his 3 wks notice. Because he worked until October 15th. The pictures are what he did on his very last day. On October 15th Omer notify my husband that they would not be giving us a new lease, not even under my name. We got a letter saying they want us out by October 29th. Sooo much discrimination and retaliation!! So if you are planning on working here, do yourself a favor and don’t!!
