I ordered records from this establishment, which were never shipped. When I realized it and finally contacted them, they refused to honor the purchase or give me a refund, despite their own website stating that "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." Instead, all they did was update the order status page to state "We've now shipped your order and you should be receiving it soon! Click the tracking number below for shipment information." Their response, when asked for a replacement or refund was: "We will not be sending a replacement or refund." I will not be shopping from them ever again, and I recommend that you do not either. VERY poor customer service and quite deceptive how they just changed the order status page when I brought up that the items were never shipped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Trinity Quirk

This place has a looooot of vinyl. They've got CDs and maybe cassettes, but LPs and 45s are definitely the main focus. The stock seems about an even split between new and used stuff, with everything priced pretty reasonably. The new and used are actually in separate sections, so if you're looking for something by a particular artist, you may need to look in both places. The new is probably an even balance between reissues and actual new albums. The used stuff is sorted mostly just by letter; very few sections for your favorite band to be had there. That said, sometimes it's more fun to have to sort through everything, when you inevitably see some oddball thing that ends up going home with you.

They got a lot of selection of records. Also, the store is pet friendly; the staffs were very friendly and went out of their way to welcome my dogs :)

Amazing record store. They have so many artists here. They also sell a lot of used records. I’ve never seen a bigger collection of the smaller vinyls as well.
