I've had some very good and some bad physical therapy experiences and I have to say after 2 visits ATI physical therapy has been great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've only had 2 appointments. I am already noticing some improvement in my ankle and knees. Physical therapy is hard but as I've learned it is totally worth it. Thanks ATI!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been coming to ATI for a herniated disc. They have helped me find exercises that improve my mobility and reduce my pain.

I worked mostly with Pickles (aka Hayley) and Josie. I had numerous surgeries and a lot of scar tissue to work out. I went from not being able to even stand without pain for long periods and icing my foot daily to walking 10+ miles with no problems. This was within 8-10 weeks going twice a week. I continued to go even after this to get up to running shape. I definitely saw improvement in my balance and leg strength. Hayley was a joy to work with. Always attentive to my progress and my appointments always started on time. She did a great job at ensuring every visit had new things built in which kept it interesting. I never felt like I was going in to do the same thing over and over again. Josie was great at demonstrating lateral cutting movements and was always attentive to my form. I was never left unattended at any point. It was a perfect mixture of fun and therapy and I always enjoyed my hours spent in the office. I went during the evenings and it was never crowded or felt like they were juggling too many patients or I didn't have space. They were great about pushing my comfort levels to get more movement but never in a way that felt unsafe. If they saw me hesitate too much we would work together to modify the exercise and build up to where I was confident in movements. I sincerely appreciate the time they took to get to know me as a person. I always felt listened and heard to. If my foot was having a rough day or I was feeling off we would have a discussion about what felt good to me and modify the day accordingly. I never felt like a patient going into an appointment, it just felt like I was heading in to exercise with friends who know more about my body than I do lol. I never had an issue with billing or my insurance getting the information they need to cover my appointments. It was an extremely smooth process from start to finish. ATI was great with scheduling me consistently at a time that worked for me even when my usual team wasn't available. I also worked with Ben on a number of visits who was also great at digging in and pushing me to be better. No negatives to say about this awesome team and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Frank, Ben, Josie and the whole team here is great. A very good balance of friendly and serious; they're cheerful and do their work well. Everyone working here makes a dedicated effort to treat you kindly and with thought. Physical therapy is difficult but the people at Ballard ATI know what they're doing and are doing a very good job at it.
