Yes they are open. All day as usual on this side of town they are open seven days a week

Hi, I purchased a $49.00 blow up mattress about 10 days ago. When our guests arrived, we blew it up according to directions but it never stayed blown up overnight. I've lost the receipt. Would I be able to return it? Thanks for your help.
