A very local, restored "pool and beach" club .Food and beverage prices very reasonable. Pool is extremely clean, water is chilled a bit. Patrons are very friendly and staff is great

Sorry Heather, but we don't have any golf carts.
Actually we do not sell condo's or duplexes, sorry. We are a private club with a beach, pool, restaurant & bar. Members owning property in Key Colony Beach are able to use the club, & also if they rent out the house their renters can use the club too. Hope that helps.
Their website states that, "The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, maintaining a year round temperature of 85 degrees."
