I arrived before 2 pm on a Friday and waited for clerk to finish paperwork. I was given a form to complete and returned a few minutes after 2 pm. She took it , I paid and was told to come back Monday to pick up. There is no posting of 2pm rule. No effort was given in customer service. Reminds me of lily tomlin phone operator character on laugh-in where she snorts and says “we are the phone company and we don’t have to care”. Also, earlier in the day I called twice to get useful information to facilitate my needs. No answer but left message to call me later. This was Friday morning. And they did call me back….. on MONDAY!!!!

Yes you can
What kind of error?
We went in and ordered it had it in the mail in about a week
Your State id and 15$ in cash if you have money on a card they have a atm on the lower floor you can use
She can get it if she knows your information. (Forms can be downloaded from internet) And she will need her photo idea.
$20. If you get there early in the day they can have it ready in two hours, if you get there late in the day it'll be ready the following morning, if you want it mailed it'll take two or three weeks
Try ordering it online and having it sent to you
I don't believe a photocopy will work. I'd call first to be sure.
Typically a state-issued photo ID is required. Depending on who the request is for alternative documentation may be accepted. Call the Department of Public Health at 515-281-4944 or go to vitalchek.com for more details.

My daughter passed about a year ago and I have Custody of her two children I am their grandmother how do I get copies of their birth certificates
Go there or call. Make sure it made it.
You can have it mailed to you. Check out http://idph.iowa.gov/health-statistics/request-record for all the options.
2 hours, however if your child was born in Polk county, go-to the Polk county recorders office. You can get it in 5 minutes.
You can get a certified census record from the national archives and that will work. Otherwise, you can see if the church in the area has the record!
Yes
You should call during business hours.
