Everything about this Marina rocks except for one thing. I think the restaurant needs to be more upbeat and inviting. After coming in off the lake after an afternoon of fun, you don't want to go into an establishment and wait 5-10 min to get a drink. Crank the tunes and get some people that are pumped to be there!!

We showed up to have a fun day on a pontoon and immediately were told they didn’t have enough life jackets. Luckily, our boat was near by (couldn’t hold enough people which is why we rented a pontoon) so we had extra life jackets to continue with the rental. We then went out and tried to push the throttle past trolling and the engine would immediately make very loud noises and the entire pontoon would shake vigorously! The pontoon also wouldn’t turn left and you had to very strongly hold the wheel to keep it straight, otherwise, it would go right all the time. We called in to ask about what we could and we’re told they were out of pontoons but they could fix it. We didn’t want to wait the entire day so just tried to make the best of it. We then tried to swim and drop anchor but the anchor was awful and wouldn’t set properly (I’ve driven several boats and pontoons and this anchor was very small for the pontoon and not adequate) so we would win for 10 minutes and then everyone would get into the boat and we’d have to move so we didn’t hit rocks or boats. We brought the boat the boat in once we gave up and they simply said we didn’t bring it in so they wouldn’t do anything. The lady was very rude and immediately confrontational towards us when we simply wanted to talk about the boat not working properly. After she basically blamed us for not bringing it in (even though we called and asked) she asked if we wanted the manager and we said “yes”! He came and agreed to have us only pay for the hours we had and the 2 gallons of gas we used!! Not to mention the depth finder didn’t work and the young kids helping us out didn’t go over anything in the contract.
