In response to Dennis Wieben review. We close at 4:30 the day you are talking about. In Story County Redemption's defense it's not possible to count 22 bags in 7 minutes which is what you were asking. I'm not sure why when you called that morning you were not told at the same time as you were told to let us know when you got there so we could let you know if you were leaving them in the front or in the back that that amount of bags you stated you had are always tagged

It's a great place to go. Because it's the only place to take Bottles and cans

Very good service, pleasant people and it was the cleanest redemption center I have ever been in. We will continue to use this business from now on.

Super easy to work with. I always call in advance, just to make sure they are around because they struggle with staff shortages like everywhere else. If you bring in lots of cans at once, be prepared to wait or just leave and get paid next time you drop off.

Only glass needs to be separate for safety issues. Everything else can be mixed. Theres no limit but if you have 5 or more big big bags if we are busy we do tag them n just come back to pick up money or it can be mailed to you. We will take them with the glass if its not more glass than other and we still take them. Like i said WE do take them

Do they have an area for puck up loads of cans to be dropped off

Yes. They will have you bring them through the front door if there is room or not too many orders already in front. If there is then you unload them in the back side of the building and depending on how many you have mostly determines where you unload them
