Yet ANOTHER company charging a fortune for horrible service. I paid $135.00 for a SINGLE blood test (not a panel just ONE item) and it took a week for results to go back to the online provider (you can't purchase this one direct from Quest). Fine. But guess what worthless Quest online system lost ALL of my prior blood tests over the past few years and THIS ONE is reflecting that it's not ready yet. From AUG 28. Today is Sept 23rd. Even though I HAVE THE RESULTS. DOPES.

As directed, I showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The only problem was I went to Miracle Mile but had made my appontment at 37th Street. So I figured my labs would have to happen some other time, when along came Kay who not only did my bloodwork on the spot and was in and out of my vein before I knew it. I hit the jackpot when Kay, who could have sent me away, instead made my day. Thanks again, Kay..

I've been to this quest a couple of times. No issues, no delays, they do their job very well. Not sure why they have a low rating...
