I decided to try the 6 sessions of the super-human protocol to see if it would help me feel better. After the first session I noticed I could walk easier and flex my feet without stiffness. By the 6th session the numbness in my feet had disappeared, the stiffness in my joints is almost totally gone. My flexibility and balance has improved.
