No. Our disinfectant brand conducted independent third party testing with American Environmental Consultants, Inc. to conduct personal air sampling. These were performed by a trained industrial hygienist using OSHA and NIOSH sampling techniques. All results fell below published accepted Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL) and Threshold Limit Value (TLV).

It will not discolor normal fabrics. To be safe, we avoid directly spraying on non-colorfast fabrics, wool or silk fabrics, or any fabric with a special finish.

The disinfectants we use are safe for people, animals and plants. It is NSF D2 certified safe for food contact surfaces with no rinsing required.

Yes, it has a slight chlorine smell that dissipates quickly after application leaving what most end users describe as a “clean” or “sterile” smell.

Yes, we can work around employees or clients if needed. Our disinfectant is not harmful to skin. It is neutral pH, which is surface, human and environmentally-friendly.

Yes. We spray your facility and prefer to come in after your normal cleaning protocols or hired cleaning crew. Disinfecting a dirty environment will not result in proper elimination of viruses.  We do check high-touch point areas during a visit and will perform a pre-clean using disinfectant on a microfiber towel to ensure those surfaces are ready for electrostatic misting. Beginning in March 2021, we will be offering general cleaning services as a stand-alone service or combination with our disinfecting.

Yes. We use the Purtabs hospital-grade brand of HOCL, an EPA List N registered disinfectant approved for COVID-19. HOCL has numerous uses from hospital disinfection to water sanitization following hurricanes.   Our water-based disinfectant is proven to kill COVID-19 and any other transmissible viruses such as MRSA, Influenza-A, Hepatitis, C.Diff and Hand-foot-and-mouth disease. It also kills mold and mildew, plus eliminates and controls odors. The CDC and EPA substantiate HOCL kills pathogens up to 50 times better than chlorine bleach. Testing on metal substrates proves our disinfectant is 50% less corrosive than bleach.

High-end electronics will be avoided and will be noted during an initial walkthrough for future visits. Valuable paperwork, such as blueprints, should be put away or they will be avoided during visits.  Electrostatic disinfection can be safely performed around regular-use electronics such as laptops, monitors and keyboards, as long as it is not applied directly at close range. Overall, we recommend putting away important paper documents, along with anything else you don’t want sprayed, before the scheduled service.
