Had tires scheduled to be installed. Show up a few days later for the appointment and the tires were sold. No hold on the tires and no courtesy call to say "hey, we sold the tires". Make sure that if you don't actually pay for the tires beforehand that you call before going to see if they still have them.

They do not do mechanical work. Tires, oil changes, wiper blades, air filters, and easy battery replacements.
It depends on what time you get there and what work they have before you, since they work on a first come first serve basis. It is better to go in first thing in the morning when they open the TLE Center. If not it could be hours before they can get to your car.
