1. I never had such a rude customer service as I did with service department Jeff he's cocky and has no positive customer skills its like there's nothing between the ears, someone needs to humble him you'd think after years of bad reviews they'd fire him but if that's the way you want to run your business nowadays ok but don't expect repeat customers 2. I brought my vehicle in because my oil pressure was whacky and losing oil but they claimed they couldn't find a leak everything was bone dry but had a broken rocker arm and caused damage to the cam shaft..etc. And needed a new engine after stressing for a week cause I didn't have $9,000 they said they'd fix the rocker arm and put it back together which cost me $1,900 surprisingly it runs perfectly fine other than now Mysteriously it leaks oil badly like a quart a week 😪 one problem for another I wouldn't suggest this place or Craig Young they like to add $100's without Consulting first 🤦

Have purchased many vehicles over the years and working with them was one of the best experiences by far. Very good people and no high pressure sales. Definitely recommend if looking to purchase vehicle.

This dealership is definitely the place to buy a vehicle without getting pressure from a salesman just wanting to make a sale. The sales dept made us feel like they were not only wanting to earn our business today they wanted to earn our business for life. They were patient with us going between a couple of cars until we found one that suits all of our needs. They sold us the car that we wanted not the one they can make the most money. The entire staff at lauterbach are very professional and pleasant to do business with. I am impressed by the whole experience. This is the 4th vehicle that I have bought from lauterbach the first time I wrote a review!!
