My child was referred here by my pediatrician. Even though the website says you aught to bring your kids in to an eye doctor as young as 4 years, do not bring your children here if you want them to be treated like humans. No consideration was given to the comfort level of my child when the eye drops were brought out, and there was only marginal improvement afterwards. Before there was a chance to help my child feel comfortable in the situation (which is not impossible, we've been able to do it in functionally every other medical situation), the eyedrop lady went at it and literally forced my child's head against the chair, struggled to spread her eyelids open and was shooting the eye solution all over the place with my child screaming and struggling. Also, if you are on Medicaid and desire to be treated like a human when you are trying to buy glasses, steer clear of this place. Maybe there's different people on different days, but whoever sat in that chair on this day is severely lacking in basic communication skills and handling customers. We will be going anywhere else in the future.

I will no longer use this place as my eye doctor. When the owners allow the manager to get angry and cuss out the employees in front of patients very not professional when they are doing there job then I will not take my business there either. It's a hostel work place.

I brought a patient here for his appointment, While I waited in the sitting area, I observed an employee named Chad interact with several patients. I was very impressed with his compassion for others. You don't see that much anymore. Thank you Chad for your service! Keep up the good work!

My wife was supposed to have cataract surgery by Dr Robertson on 4-19-22. They called on 4-13-22 and informed her, she had to pay a $500, surgery fee along with paying a hospital fee of about $700, she was never notified of this when pre-surgical consultation was done. And she does have insurance. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Surgery has been postponed because of their staff failure to notify about fee's. Cudo's to their staff for using a slackadazical attitude. And their most favored saying, "Oh we are Sorry about this."
