Definitely a great firm and Terry is a wonderful man. However, Nayubel needs a little improvement on customer service experience and learning to respond to emails more professionally.

Insurance companies handle property damage claims separately from claims of bodily injury. You can usually get a good idea of the value of your vehicle from www.nada.com, using your vehicle’s mileage and condition. Our office generally does not handle property damage claims as we would have to charge clients a flat fee for such services. However, when insurance companies are seriously undervaluing your vehicle’s worth or giving our clients a hard time with rental car coverage, we are sometimes able to assist getting these claims resolved.
Medical Payments Coverage is a coverage that you may have on your auto or home insurance policy. It helps you cover the costs of your medical bills and is available regardless of who was at fault in an accident. We never take a fee from medical payments coverage because it is not fault-based.
Generally, yes. Although we are able to help clients who don’t have health insurance necessary to seek medical treatment, using your health insurance will allow you to see a much larger field of providers and specialists.
Contributory negligence is a law in NC that states that if you are even one percent at fault for the accident, you are unable to recover damages from it.
Our office only gets paid when you get paid. We work on a contingency fee basis and you are never under any pressure or obligation to settle your claim unless you are comfortable with the dollar amount.
Yes. The adjuster may say “you don’t need an attorney, we can handle this on our own,” but they are being less than honest with you. The insurance company will send you forms that are impossible to understand, have you make recorded statements where they ask the same questions several ways to hurt your credibility; and ultimately offer you less money than your claim is worth. An adjusters’ only goal is to settle your claim for as little as possible for their employer. Do not trust them.
A personal injury claim is an insurance claim presented to the at-fault driver’s insurer for damages. These damages can include: medical expenses, lost wages, the cost of future medical care, pain and suffering, and future loss of earning potential.
