Very crowded on weekends in late spring through summer. And people parking on the edge of the drive make things difficult if you are trailering a boat. It will likely be difficult to find parking in the middle of the day. Also it can be difficult to back your trailer out of the parking space because of people parked behind you all long the side of the pull-through/drive. Also with all of the cars parked on the side of the drive (not in parking spaces) you cannot trailer a sailboat around the lot (without blocking the ramp area for a while to lower your mast first) when you take out because the cars prevent you from swinging wide enough to clear tree branches that overhang the left side of the drive.
