As far as I am aware yes they will buy cds and dvds, but i personally havent tried to sell anything to them. I havent heard anything about a limit on how many can be brought in. There hours are the hours of the mall i do believe.

They do sell used ps3 systems and I believe u can get $ online
Most times they do but you can always call first
There are used cell phones and gaming consoles. You can sell old devices and get a fair amount for them.
If you have the receipt then there should be no problem, but I could be wrong so don't quote me.
