I just put in an order for pickup at 7:00, almost an hour and a half from now. Girl in phone sounded rushed, gave me a total that is almost $5 more than their own website shows. When questioned she said taxes are $3, yes but it should be $30.95 plus tax equals $33.95, NOT $38.??. Her response was to blame it on minimum wage! Lol!! I said no you have not updated YOUR website prices. I will hold a final review after pickup since she also said it will be ready in 30 minutes, which I corrected to 7pm again.

Sorrento's has the best pizza in Lincoln, IL! Customer service is excellent too

Too much cheese and not enough sauce. When we complained we got told "this is how I always make it and next time if you want it different you need to order it with extra sauce" she tried to charge us full price for a pizza we didn't like. After some arguing and me reminding her that we were the ones that should leave happy she conceded and we left. If you like sauce on your pizza make sure you order extra.
