Clean and cozy rooms by the lake and just down the road from the town's Main Street. My brother and I stopped here on the way through the Empire State Trail, so it was perfectly situated for us. The owners Jayne and Jim were lovely and very accommodating. Thanks for having us!

Adorable place next to Lake Champlain, boat launch next door. I was actually stsying there for the first time ( I live in this small town and was only staying for 2 nights because of work being done at house. Very rustic decor.. panelled walls, bedding with designs of deer and other "critters". Very outdated which added to charm in my opinion... ( def no marriott.. an actual key was used to open door).. the cons were minor.. tv tiny..couldnt see from 2nd bed., only one pillow per person, shower also small( but great water pressure) ..would recommend to visitors to area.. ( of note.. no beach and no pool)

I would recommend EVERYONE to stay there!! The hospitality is unmatched. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This will definitely always be my first choice Any time im in the area. Lovely lovely owners and very sweet place.

Excellent little motel. Rooms are small but spotless and inviting. Despite the modest nature of the property, you can clearly tell the proprietors are fastidious and take pride in its upkeep. As a guest, I can't ask for more.
