I have a Z910A Zero Turn mower had to get deck belt replaced which is quite frankly a 10-15 minute job tops if you know what your doing well supposedly it would of been an hours worth of work so they could get there $100 labor fee on top of that they said they wouldn't be able to do it till next week just for a deck belt the poor service there blows my mind I'd rather take the 1hour drive to Manteo where I got it from where I know I'd get a deal there and not have to spend $250 to just get a deck belt replaced 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Modified review: “Shipping has not been completed. Site indicated most ship 1-2 days. It’s been 8 days. No updates on delay.” I used the number listed on the invoice to call: “Frustrated also with lack of customer service. Unable to talk with anyone. The listed phone number is just a looped telephone recording.” I reached a human immediately when I found the website and a different phone number. I was updated on the reason for delay and estimated shipping timeline.
