No integrity. They said they'd get me a steroid injection and then manage my meds for better pain control. Which is what I wanted. Had to cancel my injection per my surgeon but still needed med management. Once I cancelled the injection they told me they're not taking patients for med management. So I wasted 4 weeks(in pain) for nothing. They do not have integrity and can't be trusted. That just tells me all they care about here is the easy money and I don't matter. I'm so upset. This whole ordeal really affects my trust in healthcare.

Worst office management. If you want to see dr. Tyson there’s NO way unless if you want to take an injection or having any intervention procedures other than that you only will see his PA me. Craig For the last 50 years patients always have the right to choose either to see the doctor or his pa (physician assistant) Not this office. Basically doctor will see you for big $$$$$ Never ever will go there.

I really miss DR. Tyson and staff. Though I have moved on, I think of how he and his team have helped me over the past 5 years. He is the best in the west and his care and concern and demeanor will never be forgotten. I hope to continue injections with him as needed. He is a saint! BayDead all the way!!! 10stars/exceptional care!

Dr. Tyson and his staff have been so wonderful. Dr. Tyson is one of those rare doctors that don't just say they care but actually show it. He has tried many things to figure out the issue that is causing me pain. When he needed to refer me out to another doctor he talked with that doctor so she was well informed of my issues before I even met her. He still follows my progress and manages my pain. I am hopeful that we will figure it all out. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor.

I have a bad lower back chronic pain what type of treatment do you offer

They will offer to treat you as a drug addict in need of addiction treatment and then you might get better treatment and more meds! But an actual chronic pain patient isn't likely to get any pain meds! Anything but.
