I ordered a fairly large amount of food items, because of this fact, I set it for a future time, as to not overwhelm the staff with a 20 minute timeframe. When my husband and child went to pick it up, the cashier commented on how much we ordered and what it cost; not in a ‘thanks for being a loyal customer’ kind of way. When they got home with it, half of the pizzas and the breadsticks were burnt. The bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. There were no condiments included. So for 80$ we were openly judged, given burnt food (maybe he was so overwhelmed with the size of our order or offering his unsolicited opinions, that he failed to notice it was burnt as he was cutting and boxing it in overly- bright fluorescent lighting). Either way, the lack of customer service or any attention to detail was definitely not worth the money spent. They have just ensured that DiMaggio’s will be getting all of our future business in regards to pizza.

Would have been nice to get an ultimate breakfast pizza but the person amaranth the phone can't understand plain English, and they will not make what you want unless it's what they want to make. Definitely don't order beef or sausage on your pizza because it will be so overloaded the pizza will be raw.

Just called to see if they had and item before driving out. This has always been my favorite store for the quality of food, gas and the friendliness of the staff. I go out of my way to buy all my gas here and have for years. But today has been strange to say the least, I did call before going to the store. The lady answered and I explained what I wanted. She asked again and I told her. Then she comes back and says I cannot tell you anything about it. She was a trainee so yes I understood but ask for a manager. Well the manager came to the phone and I was trying to explain what I was wanting. But she would not give me a chance. She kept saying we are not aloud to give out prices of products, I than said I didn’t asked the price I just want to know if you had the item on hand. So in a very short time “seconds “ she said they did not have the item. Any other time I would have given this place a five star !!!!!

most time they make the pizza wrong, last time was offered a free pizza from management, when i went to get the free pizza I was questioned like a thief like I was trying to still a pizza. Been ordering for over 15 years, but Now am ordering from pizza hut, not as good tasting pizza, but better then being made to feel that I am a thief. this is my second review I did 1st one was never posted, they only post the good reviews.
