I am proud to say I moved my mom to Grace park. I know she is safe I don't have to worry about her. Her quality of life has been lifted. The staff is competent and caring. They make every resident feel important. The have so many activities for all to enjoy. The facilities are immaculate. The five star rating applies to every facet of Grace park. Lynne Kline

My mom moved into Grace Park just prior to the onset of Covid 19. The staff was certainly in for a challenge. Not only was my Mom missing her family and her every day life, but isolation was a new concern. Grace Park staff to the rescue! They made her as comfortable as possible, through the onset of Covid, and through weeks following. They were there for her when her family couldn’t be, due to the pandemic.Wonderful staff! I’m so grateful for them!

I was hired temporarily during the pandemic to help and worked during night shift. I just wanted to say they were the best team I have ever worked with. They definitely give 5 star care to the residents at Grace Park. I saw and felt the level of love and care the staff have for each of the residents there. It warmed my heart. I am going to truley miss all you girls and residents at grace park. It was a pleasure working with y'all.

I was hired to do a music program at this facility, the staff was very interactive with the residents and you could really feel the spirit of the facility which was very upbeat, I work at many facilities and could see it is a place where the care is of high quality

There are different levels of cost depending on how much assistance the resident needs. My mom receives full care including medication management, all meals, personal care (bathing assistance), house keeping, and laundry service for about $160 per day. Grace Park does not accept residents who are bedridden. They also have a "secure memory unit" for residents in more severe stages of dementia.
Grace Park does not accept Medicaid. We are a personal care home and are private pay. Thank you,
