I thought I was going to a thrift store but immediately when I saw the price of a shirt was $6.47 I knew I was not at a thrift store because a True Thrift Store is Thrifty maybe $2 for a shirt four for a pair of jeans who can afford to go to thrift stores anymore

Do not go to the store. Staff wants to accuse people who had them price items for them of stealing and then guilts people when their own equipment messes up

They have a decent selection, but for a thrift store prices are a bit high. For instance one golf club will run you 5 dollars. Store is clean and plenty of employees. Large selection of clothes. Not a large selection of used sports stuff.

They were talking donations when we were there
Hi Jay, please only drop off donations during open hours. For donations at this location that is 11 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday. (Sunday is open for donations, but closed for retail). Donations left at the door cause an security and safety hazard. Additionally, they're often damaged by weather and become unusable. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Goodwill!
I took clothing in the past week. They take almost anything but it may end up being trashed if they cannot use it.
In kilmarnock there is a thrift store that supports humane society, and also a nice thrift store in white stone, but not sure either of them pick up items. In Williamsburg estate, she comes with a van and cleans your home out, and consigns. Not sure how far out she travels, but white stone onlt 1 hr 15 min from Williamsburg.
No pick up. Drop off stuff in the back. It's a breeze.

They are open until 9pm I believe. But you can drop off items 24 hours at back door drop off area. At least I'm pretty sure, as I've done it many times before. Hope this helps!
