They are still a complete circus and I hope Governor Youngkin reads this. I am still waiting on over 5K they owe me from over 18 months ago. Now they are sending me "deputy" decisions in the mail saying I didn't qualify because they didn't get my employer info. I emailed it multiple times during the previous circus act a year ago. The deputy decision/appeal process is like you're dealing with mindless robots that are malfunctioning. Now I think they are going to try and take what benefits I did get back. I can't log in to the self service portal because my account is "broken" from when they changed over from gov2go so I can't file an appeal online for the deputy decision. I just tried to call the customer service number to get my online account fixed and it said I had 81 callers ahead of me. Shameful waste of tax dollars. I now need a lawyer to handle this.

I still haven't been able to speak with anyone but I do receive updated material from them.

I don't understand why NO 1 not even the receptionist answers the Workforce phone?!? How is it that these people sounds & performs like they been hired frm the unemployment line or some other work relief programs with no real experience themselves.

I have been calling since August 8th 2020, its January 21st 2021. I have not received any mail or emails NOTHING.I won my appeal in November and STILL NOTHING..I haven't gotten any monies since August and don't know WHY andcall 59xs a day.. Tj

I've been trying to get my user name and password for over 1 1/2 mo. I was told that I can do my initial claim over the phone. I haven't recieved anything in the mail or on my email after filing my claim by phone 1 mo ago. Tried calling no ans.

You should receive a "PIN" in the mail and that would allow you to update and do current weekly claims.

Why is money taken off my unemployment card

I cannot find out any information about nothing. I was given a confirmation number and told to go to the office directly. I did tell her our offices are closed here and she told me they are open. I make the trip and yes they are CLOSED! I need HELP!
