Impressive gem on a base. Fortunate to have a buddy who is a veteran. Challenging tees for those who like the tips, not me! Generous fairways. Can avoid hazards if can drive well. Also, generous greens and relatively fast. Fortunately, they are mostly flat lies. Staff hospitable. Will see aircraft often.

No. Retirees only have access to the base on Mon, Tues, and Fri.
Yes, you would have to get a pass to get on base to play.
