By far the best salon experience I have had since being in Fayetteville! Suhaylah is very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to hair care. She goes above and beyond to explain the products she is using and why. I had tape-ins installed yesterday and I have had so many compliments!!!!

Just moved to the area and was hoping to continue using Ulta as I’ve always had positive experiences. After having a simple issue with my order and management refusing to help I will not be returning. Love that they can advertise free gifts with a purchase to get people to buy but then you get to the store just to receive a run around and end up not getting the gift. Very horrible customer service skills from cashier and management. Now I’m going to have to waste more of my time contacting customer service to get this issue resolved.

Lancome makeup remover. Place on a pad and set on eyelashes for 30 seconds. It will soften it up and release the glue.
It depends on who you go to the price point varies dependent on the stylist level... But they can start around $40... But call up there for a more accurate price....
Its probably in the stock room and no one has bothered to stock the store. Drive to,the Florence South Carolina store. Everything is in stock.
I know mac is sold online with ulta. I have yet to see it in store at the 5075 Morganton location. However they are supposed to be carrying some morphe products in store very soon.
