Great place to see excellent pieces of American art from the last 200 years, and it's free! There's a big parking lot free to use at the public library too, only a block away. Though it's a small museum, there's a lot of pieces packed into it, with a lot of variety. You could have a quick stroll through, or you could spend a few hours reading about and studying each work.

Very nicely done museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. A pleasant surprise!

Highly recommend visiting this staple of Terre Haute. You will find some real gems that you didn't realize were there.

Small but interesting art museum. Given its size, I think I would have liked to learn even more about each piece than what was on the card, although the cards were very helpful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's a lovely way to spend an hour!

Yep, free. They did not point out the donation box, so no pressure. I will donate next time.
