The park is well maintained, the bathrooms are clean and the beach water is clean. It’s very easy to bike to, the road near the beach can be slippery. Not a lot of people, you so need to wake 3 to 5 minutes after you parked or just bike right done.

I couldn't help but feel I was encroaching as I made my way to the parking lot... very tight squeeze between residential homes. Other than that, there is something quite unique about this little park. I can imagine it being popular during summer. But my curiosity to discover new mushrooms and fungi brought me here in December. Luckily this beautiful little park provided me with a couple new specimens.

Pretty and secluded. Swimming is great here when the water is clean enough. The hills are incredibly steep. Plan on carrying your kids and pets! Please don't come for seafair, wayyyy to many people and the last couple of years there were drownings during seafair
