EDIT: They ended up making sure the return went through and I did recieve my gift card. If I give them another chance and the experience is good I will change the rating I ordered delivery for our family today and had a horrible experience. The delivery team only delivered half of our order so that wasn't the restaurants fault. I spoke to the manager and informed him I was missing half of the order. He said that he could either return the food or have a replacement order sent out which really didn't help because by the time the other half of the order would come our delivered items would be cold so he offered to reimburse the missing items to my card and also send a replacement so I accepted that. Well, the replacement didn't include one of the missing items and the manager was so apologetic he offered to comp the meal, send a replacement and said he would throw in extras (that we never recieved) and would send a gift card. I'm still waiting to see the reversal on my credit card after having an over $100 total. To add insult to injury because of the plastic packaging and moisture every single item that we had that was friend was soggy including the orange chicken, 2 desserts and calamari. Also, my lettuce for my lettuce wraps had an old edge. I don't know if I will ever recieve my refund or gift card and I'm leery of giving them a second chance.

The food was okay. Went around 10 on a Friday night. Quick service. Our waiter was great. He was newer, but it felt like he's been working there for a long time. They have a separate menu if you have allergies, which I really appreciated. Just couldn't get the appetizers I wanted. The honey chicken was good, it just had a vinegar taste. I was expecting it to be sweet and it wasn't. The white rice was horrible. I couldn't eat it. Great service though. My friend enjoyed his meal: chicken friend rice. He also raved about the pork ribs appetizer.

Visited P.F. Changs in White Marsh today and had a good dining experience. This PF's is smaller than the usual PF's but a little more cozy. The food is the same high quality as expected with other PF's. The staff was awesome and very attentative. Food was awesome...actually had three appetizers before the entrees. Stop in for a beverage, the bar is huge and has something for everyone...you will love the Asian pear mojito!I have visited lots of PF's but this one ranks up there with one of my favorites.

I always have a great experience at P.F. Chang's, especially at this location. Jay at the bar is absolutely wonderful, and he provides excellent service. I stopped in to get a quick lunch and was blown away by the size of the soup and the salad that I got. They were super tasty and filling. Thanks for being so awesome!
