More things are plausible to happen at night. Alot of businesses are stopping 24 hour service. Have been for a while. I guess it also has to depend on the area. Its not just one Walmart that don't do 24 hour anymore.

I'm not sure how this ended up on a Walmart Q&A for Google but it doesn't really matter in my opinion. Yes, 211 will help you. They offer assistance related health and human services. The list of what they can help with is a mile long and substance abuse along with mental health definitely falls under their umbrella. I pray for a positive outcome for whatever situation led you to ask this question this day. God have mercy and grant healing to the people involved as addiction and substance abuse are so very destructive and life altering.
