Second UPDATE: August 2022, never able to get a phone call through to customer service. I sent an email which then said they were shipping my parts (just now, in july). And I was to call back the customer service line when parts arrive. Parts have arrived and guess what, I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact customer service to schedule my repair and no one answers! I just sat on hold for 40mins without anyone picking up the phone! UPDATE: it is now May 2022, my couch was ordered 1 year ago. The last appointment i mentioned in the previous review has now come. The parts that we have had sitting around for a month, we ONCE AGAIN the wrong parts!!!! So to summarize, ordered in May 2021, recieved in November 2021 with a broken piece, May 2022 it is STILL NOT FIXED!!!! ........Waited 6 months for the sectional to arrive. 1 piece had a bent frame, we rejected this piece and had them take it back to repair. It came back, still broken. 5 months later and about 4 service appointments, this is still not resolved. The tech asks for parts, the wrong parts are sent. We also found that there were no connecting pieces on the broken piece and the one next to it. A tech arrives, makes his report, I'm told someone will reach out to me to schedule, no one does so I make the call. This last round, no one contacted us, again. I called and was told that my appointment was made, but they were unable to reach us to confirm. We do not have missed calls, or voicemails from Lazy Boy. I know they have the right number because I use it to confirm the account with every call....So I was going to receive a call on a thursday, to schedule an appointment time, that I didn't know about, for the next day. And a request was placed by the last repair tech to have the entire part sent back to the warehouse for repair, since they haven't been able to resolve the problem in the house. This was declined. So once again we waited for parts, and then a call to schedule repair services (a call that never came) to have to wait 6 weeks for someone to come on a piece that I received, DEFECTIVE, in November 2021. With the amount of money that I paid for this furniture, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service.

I need to come back to add the name of the gentleman who assisted me initially. He took the time to answer as many of my questions. He also ensured I was made aware of the interior designer service and advised if I made an appointment that day that Lay-Z-Boy would still honor the 4th of July sale. I then met with Abi the next week, who was a true delight. She came to my house to measure the space and when she got here she immediately asked if she needs to remove her shoes, which was not necessary. She also asked me a bunch of questions so she can understand my style, likes, and dislikes. We then had a follow up meeting two days later so my husband and I could see the furniture pieces I was interested in. The 3-D model awesome. It was so nice to see how each piece would fit, along with some other pieces of furniture to give me an idea of how the room could layout. She even included my dog, cute touch. 😉. I made my purchase, which like everywhere else has a wait time. So I choose a 5 out of 5 since the service I had up to today has been outstanding and the lead time is industry wide.

Had a sectional with defective fabric. The manager at store I bought it from offered a great alternative. He went above and beyond my expectations. The other people who I spoke with there were always friendly and helpful.

Top quality workmanship. Delivery team was well prepared as it required assembly and insertion of adhesive felt pads for the feet. Overall, an exceptional experience from sale, to manufacturing process to Delivery. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy. Glad they utilize a great Delivery Team that clearly demonstrated attention to detail.
