Yes a nice one inside not on the street and they do have public bathrooms
Yes, but you can park only from 7:30pm to 11:59 am next day. Don't come before 7;30 PM. And they wouldn't let you stay after 11:59am
The shifts start at either 7:30 a.m. or 8 a.m. depending on if you work perishable or dry goods, and the hours are variable depending on how many cases of groceries need to be shipped for the day.

I've never been late but I seriously doubt it if there will be any late fees. Just make sure and let them know you're going to be late.
