Super safe. Been a member for 2 years now and never had a problem with feeling safe. I work out at odd hours as well and gone in when its super dark. Other than local teenagers honking their horns and revving their engines in the parking lot (which is just annoying and not a safety hazard) there isn't anything to worry about.

We are family friendly for sure, but we don't have a room or area for infants or children so to speak. Children are welcome to entertain themselves in our lobby area, and commonly do so daily. This works well for most of our members and the cardio area is in full view. Children 12 and older are able to join with parents, and have gym access with parental guidance. One day pass is $10 dollars. We have basic memberships for $19 a month and would be well worth it even if you used it once per weekend. In my opinion. We also have 200 locations across the county you can use. Not sure where you live, but worth looking into it if you are wanting to stay consistent with routine.
