Worst customer service. I was being ignored by all employees while they let a client behind the counter and do whatever they wanted and got whatever they wanted. I asked if I could check out and I’m pretty sure the manager laughed at me and the other employee dead stared at me. Went in for a air filter and got blatantly ignored. If you’re not a regular here they will not give you the time of day.

Good parts shop.. but when it's busy you might as well go somewhere else.. unless you like standing in line and waiting while wondering why they look overstaffed yet an eternity has passed and by time you check out you could have already had that water pump in client's truck. I worked at a zone while back when the POS screen was black and green font.. and not tied to visual inventory as if you were shopping on a app or webpage. When we got slammed id have someone run the register while 2 people helped customers find parts and 1 person pull parts off shelf and help move the line through to checkout once correct parts were verified and misc extras were obtained. It was a good system back when parts lookup counter didn't handle the transactions... but I see no excuse now that each employee at a screen has a register as well.... Maybe it was because we always had at least one experienced mechanic each shift so someone actually knew what they were selling. Or helping a customer find.... Parts was a great experience and extended my knowledge as a mechanic by dealing with various parts and realizing one vehicle isn't much different from another.. and how often parts are reused on different years, makes and models... If a guy or gal comes in needing a water pump and is greasy and covered grime don't upsell them on felt battery terminal rings and dialectic grease. Upsell radiator hoses, clamps, coolant... thermostat... shop rags... and some hand cleaner for crying out loud... I don't care if ur manager makes you push those useless tiny packets... sell me related components for the task I came with and they either slipped my mind or didn't even think about.... then ur being a good sales person and also helping. 🤘
