My main office laptop crashed. Took it to them and within 24 hours it was back to life. Unfortunately could not save data but I’ve learned to put almost everything in the cloud. Have to restore some apps but don’t have to buy a new laptop. Price and service much better than Best Buy Geek Squad.

Can you repair a thumb drive where the tracks popped off, so I can transfer the data; (genealogy full of images and census reports etc. so may take awhile to transfer) needs a simple small solder job but I don't have a solder gun anymore; and $$?
