They ran out of materials after THEY did in home consult. Lowes Contractors tried to squeeze another $3500 out of me AFTER they started the job and were paid in full up front. They did not hook my dishwasher up properly and flooded the brand new floor. Levelling compound seeped into another room and damaged the floor in another room. They came out to finish the job a month ago, still didn't have all the flooring AND did not address any issues with install (contractors spoke no English and supervisor didn't tell them anything). Noblesville store and corporate are not responsive. The job is still incomplete after months.

As with most big box retail stores understand that if you have a planned purchase, utilize the customer service desk upon entering. This will allow the staff to inform the appropriate employees to assist you. This will remedy a customer of obtaining the appropriate cart, lifting it off the shelf and moving it to the checkout area. Some items may be stored above which can require the use of a forklift trained employee. In the event you make your purchase decision after entering the store...save your aggravation and go to customer service for help. You will not be turned away.
