While the buses are on time whenever I take the 500 or unless there's traffic backing up (note the 3 stars because I'm giving the bus drivers or other transit employees some slack) but almost half of the time I'm there I see a homeless person(s). I don't even come up here or unless I need to head to either Puyallup, around the area, Fife, Auburn, or Kent, which is maybe once or twice a month. I wish this is fixed, but I know there's nothing that can be done about it. Update: having to down a star because things have been a lot worse since I was here last. The lawlessness is evident and there's not enough security or officers to prevent this. While I'm aware there's nothing that can be done because of the officers leaving, but now I'm extremely uncomfortable with taking the bus here to go to work or going home. When was the last time King County, or the state, checked this place? I'm taking my pepper spray everywhere I go now.

This is a great transit center.. excellent transportation system. They have great access for public. Thanks for having security monitoring, there are some shady activities that I have seen. So be careful. Recommendation: -looks like Seattle homeless population is moving into this area. -The transit center needs to be cleaned up it’s looks dirty, garbage everywhere. Not sure who is responsible for during that.

Well, it's a relatively new facility so it's in pretty good shape. As may be expected at any mass transit hub, the clientele is usually a colorful group of individuals. Parking fills up early. Have fun!

For now, Angle Lake. The Federal Way extension won't be ready for another couple years.
402 bus route runs on Enchanted Parkway. Pierce Transit.
No, there are senior cards you can request from metro for reduced or free fare but the buses range from $2.75-$3.25 depending on the length of the trip. You can look up bus stops and routes on metro.kingcounty.gov and soundtransit.org
Sound Transit
Either 500 or 501. I'm not sure tho.
I know the 402 or the 500 Sound Transit but you would have to walk down to Pacific Highway and go to the bus stop around the corner on the same side of the street.
Depends on mode of transportation. If you take the Link light rail it can take about 30 to 45 minutes from Seattle to Federal way. An express bus is about the same. Other bus lines can take up to 1.5 hours. Driving varies on traffic. Any where from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Yes it is free. Also, there is a time limit of 24hrs.
They have them on the buses, printed at the bus stops.
The 901 bus will take you to Mirror Lake and Dash Point.
Lots of them. Most of the major shopping areas have them
