Fed ex doesn't leave my packages because they decide not to , when they feel nobody is there ? LEAVE packages, the address was listed for a reason , it is not vacant!!!!! Delivery drivers do not need a signature. DELIVER

I went to the Sparks Nevada regional FedEx center for individual customer service on a product that had been mis addressed by the shipper. The facility is huge! I was overwhelmed. The signs indicated to call the phone number with your tracking number and they would deliver the package to you in the parking lot. I was suspicious of this after leaving the voice message. So I investigated by going in the door for employees and asking them about waiting as a legitimate strategy to receive my package. I was very pleasantly surprised that both the individual managing the entry and the security guards very personal and responsive customer service to me. The security gate individual called the quality assurance person to arrange tracking my package The security guard indicated the QA fellow was awaiting my phone call. I called and he said give him a few minutes and he'll find my package. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the security guard came out and asked if I had heard back that he should have already addressed my package. Once again, a pleasant surprise at his awareness of my requests. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the individual searching for my package. Which frankly, I couldn't believe they'd be able to find in a facility that large. It turned out my patience was just a bit lacking because they had turned it over to a different FedEx delivery service and it will show up tomorrow at the local FedEx retail location here in Carson City . I was pleasantly surprised at each interaction with three different employees collaborating to provide excellent customer service. Great work FedEx!

Hello, sorry you could not deliver my package here in reindeer, because it was not at the time they came, and today was the 3rd attempt, and require my signature to leave it So, will there be more delivery attempts? Or can I go to a FedEx office?

Yes they can be. But Walgreen's is also excepting FedEx packages too. If this is closer for you, go in the parking lot to package pickup, they'll help you there.
#23 Mustang exit, follow past Chevron towards the dumps, go under the train tracks and turn right immediately after that and follow it all the way to the parking lot. Don't go past the river, you've gone to far. There is a big sign out there too now.
