I love going In and working out. The staff is awsome and super friendly 😀. The felicity is always clean. The massage beds and chairs are great after a hard work out. The red light therapy is a must.

I recently realized that PF has been charging me $42.51 each year in addition to my $10 monthly fee. When I signed up it was $10 to join and $10 per month. There was no mention of this annual fee. When I called to ask about this charge, their attitude was "too-bad, so-sad, do you want to cancel your membership". They didn't give a rats you-know-what. Gym is fine, not disclosing all charges is wrong, wrong, wrong.

Staff is really nice, laid back. They have red light therapy, hydro massage, and decent stand up (or lay down) tanning beds. Nice and clean. If they would get Olympic weights (not fixed!) then it'd be pretty perfect!

Terrible service and customer service. I signed up and never ended up having time to go in. So I call and email multiple times. At no point does anyone tell me that I need to go in to sign papers or anything. So they continually charge me. They refuse to do anybting to correct the issue of their staff not telling me to come in. I will never support this company or use their services. After being stolen from and having no help or anything offered. There are far better gyms with far better service. My advice for these guys is to stay as far away as possible

They're *not* open 24/7, nor have they ever been. They close at 9 p.m. on Fridays and 7 p.m. (early by anybody's standards) on Saturdays, and don't open until 7 a.m. the following mornings.

I doubt they go to 100. If you set down a 50 pound, the bs hunk alarm will go off. No matter how gentle. Very obnoxious
It could be that some employees work in areas that still have slick roads.
What is first level. So do get to use the exercise machines for the first level.
It's 24hrs m-f 7-7 sat and Sunday. Best times to go is b-4 4pm or after 8pm
Even if they're not just going in there as a visitor is a positive experience.
There are NO squat racks. No ability to do Olympic weight lifting.
Its only 24/5 days a week. Weeknds they close early and yes classic membership
