This is not a brand new hotel, so don't expect it to be. The staff was courteous and ready to help. Our rooms were clean and that's what matters to me. We went to the AIM shooting competition in Sparta and stayed 4 nights. It's a convenient drive and will do it again. I have absolutely no complaints!

this place went above and beyond to help me when the hub canceled my 6yr old daughter bday party less than 24 hrs before the party as a last effort to keep a pool party I called and explained what was going on and they didn't have to help but they was very happy to and went above and beyond to make my daughters day the best they could staff was all so friendly and very clean plus the pool is heated

Positive: The price. Negative: Dirty!. The first room hadn't been vacuumed,bathroom smelled of urine, bed sheets stained. The second room had someone already in it. The third room wasn't cleaned and still had wet towels hanging in the shower.Dogs in other rooms barking all night.

I was weary of it being rated a 2 star hotel, but My family and I very much enjoyed the extremely friendly and helpful staff and amenities they provided, the kids loved the pool and the games. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned and breakfast was great. Even got to meet the owners also very nice. We will be back. 10/10 recommend.
