Every employee I made contact with was 1st Class. Nice cozy little place to stay if ur in Dexter MO needing a hotel. I've stayed at $30 hotels and $300 hotels and to me, it's not so much the lodging, as it is the hotel staff that makes a stay enjoyable. The employees at Econo Lodge, mainly the front desk staff, and the newest housekeeper, made my wife and my stay very comfortable. If needed anytime we are sure to return. Thank you all

This hotel is outdated. The room was not completely clean, and the furniture is falling apart. If you stay multiple nights, you will have you make the beds yourself, and you will not get clean sheets or towels. The only positive is that there were no bed bugs.

Worst Hotel ever!!! The whole place smelled and I overheard other guess complaining to about the smell.. 1 tiny towel for 2 people to shower.. shower had hair from previous guests.. towel was not clean..toilet was gross.. I rented for 2 days but left after 1 because I couldn't handle the smell... the front desk guy didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience and didn't seem worried or concerned with these problems.. so not happy and will NEVER stay at this hotel again... 😕 Econo Lodge used to be a nice clean place but not sure who owns this one but word to owner clean the smell out of the hotel first, second replace your wore out furniture just because u rent it to people with dogs doesn't mean the furniture should look like u took it out of a dumpsters... so not happy 😡😡😡😡
