It's one of the Mono county's secret spots. Not so crowded and perfect for picnic or transit stops. It has plenty of picnic benches, kids play area and clean restrooms. It has a boardwalk which leads to tufas view point . Good spot for birdwatching.

Fabulous educational stop at mono Mono Lake, learning about the water usage and the ecology of increased salinity. Entry was 3 bucks each but waived with a national parks pass.
